Why the name Cocoa Media?
The inspiration for our company name was found in a simple cup of hot cocoa. Instantly recognised across the world, cocoa combines feelings of comfort and home with an exotic, far-away quality.
At Cocoa Media, we serve entertainment with these same qualities: Produced in far-away lands but bringing an instant connection and familiarity to curious people everywhere.
Why did we start Cocoa Media?
More and more people are streaming their entertainment and it's never been easier to find quality content on free platforms. And like many in the media industry we are excited about new avenues for distribution of content. We saw the emergence of FAST (Free Advertising supported Streaming Television) as an exciting new way to reach audiences with quality content that already performs well on classic TV and streaming. We are championing the growth of FAST by sourcing content specifically for this platform.
